The First Zombie

Zombies in my religion? Could be... Last night I watched a show on the History Channel about Zombies. I've always thought zombie movies were fun to watch, however, this show proposed that zombies are real and living as I write this. Or living dead... whatever the case may be. It also went on to point out that Jesus Christ may have very well been the first Zombie to walk the earth. And I thought it made too much sense! He did rise from the dead and walk the earth, and that IS what a zombies does do. Only all the zombies I've seen eat flesh, they quickly pointed out however that it was the Americans that turned the zombies into flesh eaters. In Haiti they make zombies by mixing a drug cocktail and their zombies are just basically people walking around without any cognitive thoughts in this drug induced state. They make them into a zombie to become work slaves. Alas, I fell asleep midway through this show but I do remember them saying that many people achieve the zombie state through the use of drugs and alcohol. Think about it, when you black out, yet are still walking, talking and what not, you are a zombie! So I got to thinking that perhaps I was a zombie for a good year of my life in college... Yes, haha Perhaps. Hopefully I didn't eat any brains.
